Presentation Lab turns expertise into a clear story. Your audience stays engaged, and you reach your goal.

You put hours into it. You gather everything that’s relevant, build your slides and try to cover your subject as completely as possible.
The result? A presentation that explains a lot, but doesn’t always get through. A story that doesn’t quite land. An audience that has to work hard to keep up.
A good presentation is not a summary of everything you know. It’s a choice: what does this audience need to understand when my story is over?
“After the training, I look at presentations in a completely different way. I no longer start from what I want to say, but from what my audience needs, and I build from there. The story structures are still clear in my head and I’ve already explained to colleagues several times how they can work smarter.
I wasn’t bored for a single moment.
And the Presentation Toolkit you get is worth its weight in gold: super practical, clearly structured and I find what I need straight away. Even months later.”
“Thanks to the presentation training, we built a strong presentation, reached our goal and were able to carry out the project.”
“This training helped me enormously. It’s very well structured, clear and educational. You immediately feel: this is how to do it, and this is definitely not.
Reinhilde gave me great tips to prepare my presentation – which I have to give myself soon – down to the last detail.
That was the plan, at least… but due to a lack of time, Reinhilde ended up creating the entire presentation. The result? Brilliant.”
“No boring sessions, but a highly personal training for Living Stone. Reinhilde taught us to create presentations without blocks of text: how to simplify, don’t put it all on a slide.
Even our design team went quiet… and that says a lot! It made them think. And that after the thousands of PPT slides we had already created ourselves. The training fully met our expectations.”
“Reinhilde helped me build my presentations more smartly. She also pointed out layout issues and images I had never considered – images that don’t just clarify, but also have more impact. Those are exactly what make my slides much more effective today. Not loose tips, but an approach that sticks.”
“As a doctor, I found it extremely valuable to take this course. I regularly have to create presentations, and I could apply many tips straight away.
Another nice thing: you suddenly see what you used to do wrong when creating a presentation.”
“This training was surprisingly instructive, engaging and fun. Reinhilde explains everything crystal clear and points straight to pain points you can tackle right away. You can tell she is prepared down to the last detail: her training is tightly structured, with clear insights and lots of inspiration from practice. We weren’t bored for a second.”
“I learned a surprising amount. Added value more than proven.”
“A critical look at your slides and concrete tips to improve them, so you can present complex material clearly and persuasively. I could put it into practice straight away.”
“Reinhilde asked targeted questions I hadn’t thought of myself. First the storyboard, and only then the slides. With one clear common thread, both visually and in terms of content, and that is exactly what gave me something to hold on to while presenting. The slides were visually strong and got a lot of positive feedback.
The result: a successful symposium!”
“Thank you so much for your incredibly hard work and the outstanding quality you delivered for our CRM Launch Event. The slides were really perfect, with an eye for detail and at the same time leaving out exactly enough. The ability to see what you’d better not show is an art you have mastered. You made sure our presentation looked great. Knowing the slides were well put together gave us a huge amount of confidence to present. Thank you again for your work. We look forward to working with you again in the future.”
“If there’s anyone I’d trust with my presentation, it’s Reinhilde. She gets things done and works incredibly efficiently. She helps you find a clear structure and makes sure your story sounds right – that it holds together, flows and persuades. An extra sounding board like that is worth its weight in gold. Reinhilde sees straight away when something isn’t clear for your audience. And she found images that strengthened my words. The execution in PowerPoint? Better than great.
The result? I reached my goal – with compliments from the board of directors!”
“The hybrid webinar was a success! Thank you for the smart and beautiful slides.”
“I’ve been working with Reinhilde for quite some time. Together, we prepared the launch of Pantomed (market leader in the Belgian PPI market), Tiorfix, an anti-diarrhoeal medicine, and Entyvio, a biological medicine for IBD. I know Reinhilde as a creative person who sets high quality standards for herself and her team. The work she delivers is impeccable and she always meets deadlines.”
“I took the presentation training at Presentation Lab, combined with a Presentation Check. Reinhilde took me into a world of humour, visualisation, stories and practical techniques that really stick.
What stayed with me most is the shift from thinking from the speaker’s point of view to thinking from the audience’s point of view: less about what we want to say, more about what the audience needs, and above all how to tackle that in practice. The combination of concrete examples and immediate application to our own presentation made the training particularly valuable. When reworking our presentation, I saw step by step how the suggested changes had the desired effect: less side information, more focus and more relevance for the target audience. The speaking tips and insights on presentation skills also gave me more confidence to stand in front of an audience.

Many presentations grow along the way. New information keeps being added: an extra chart, an extra nuance, a slide that clarifies just one more thing. What starts with your knowledge slowly turns into a series of slides that explain a lot but give little direction. Everything seems relevant, so too much stays in.
Ask AI to create that presentation and the same thing happens, only faster. AI doesn’t select for you. It delivers what you put in, just more neatly packaged.
To you, the story stays logical, because you know the content inside out. For your audience, it becomes harder and harder to see what really matters. A strong presentation has one goal.

They start with one sharp question: what does your audience need to understand, remember and do when your story is over? Bringing structure to complex content, capturing the essence and striking the right chord. So your presentation doesn’t just look good, but really works. That’s what Presentation Lab does.
Three directions, one goal. Presenting with more impact
Sometimes you want to learn how to approach it more smartly yourself. Sometimes you already have a presentation, but you feel it doesn’t persuade yet. And sometimes there’s simply no time to do it yourself.
That’s why Presentation Lab offers three directions:
In the presentation training, you learn how to present with more impact in meetings, pitches and decision moments. You learn to build your key message, structure, storytelling, visuals and smart use of AI. That way, you present complex content clearly, make choices faster and really get your audience on board. A skill that keeps paying off throughout your entire presenting career.
Your presentation is ready, but doesn’t persuade yet. Together, we find where the story loses power, and what your audience needs to really be on board. You get concrete feedback on your structure, your common thread and how your slides support your story. A look from the outside usually works wonders!
Sometimes there’s simply no time to keep searching for structure, angle and form yourself. Then Presentation Lab helps you develop your entire presentation, with a proven method built on more than 20 years of experience.
First the common thread and storyboarding, then clear slides that support and persuade, from compelling titles to powerful design.

Reinhilde Schraepen founded Presentation Lab after more than thirty years in communication and advertising, including twenty years as the founder of her own strategic and creative agency for pharma and B2B.
Time and again, she saw the same thing: the content was strong, the knowledge was there, but the story didn’t work. It didn’t engage, it didn’t persuade. Too much information, too little selection and a presentation that was hard to understand.
A good presentation is not a list. It’s a story that moves people, sticks and achieves its goal.

A strong presentation always starts with the question: what does my audience need to understand and remember when my story is over?
