For Tiorfix, we wanted to show doctors that the mechanism of action is different from that of the biggest competitor. But a mechanism like that as an opener? Boring, and a missed opportunity.
So we looked for an opener that does work. This image grabbed attention straight away. Surprising images stick longer. The doctors were curious and open to the rest of the story. The idea caught on so well that it was later carried through into advertisements and leaflets.
But before the first slide, something else came first: storyboarding.
With 120 interactive slides, the sales team has to be able to find the right answer to every question from a doctor straight away. Then you want to get the story and the logic sharp first. On top of that, it became clearer during the process where the emphasis needed to be. If we had started designing slide by slide straight away, we would have had to rework a lot. By storyboarding first, we worked a lot more cost-efficiently.
